No deja añadir un usuario a un plan familiar

No puedo añadir a mi mujer al plan familiar. Hace ya tiempo se le desabilito la cuenta por no confirmar un email de Spotify para confirmar su lugar de residencia y desde entonces no logro volver a darla de alta en el nuevo plan familiar.

Al llegar al último paso para registrar la cuenta de mi mujer sale un mensaje en rojo en el navegador conforme no se puede unir a este plan familiar .

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.


Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.


All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.


If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan. If this happens, they may restore their Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription
