No invitation family account

I have a family account that I invited wife and children to, but one of the children does not get the invitation. Have tried sending from different devices, log in log out and check in the spam mail but nothing works

Can you try sending the invite through another browser or a Chrome incognito window? Did you get any error messages when sending the invite? 🙂

Also be sure to check the inbox/spam folders of the right email address.
