No reconoce la dirección aunque sea la misma en el otro user de plan duo

No reconoce la dirección aunque sea la misma en el otro user de plan duo

Hace 3 días que estamos intentando que la cuenta de mi hija se adhiera a la mía, y cuando entramos através del enlace, cuando ponemos la dirección declarada de nuestra casa dice que no coincide con la mía ( que es la titular)

Thanks for posting in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Could you check, that your daughter is entering the address as exactly shown on Family tab in the Family owner's account page? Here is a link to the account page where you could check that.

 

Another thing that might be causing trouble is the country registered in your and your daughter's accounts, so we'd recommend checking that on the page linked above.

 

You could also ask your daughter to try and accept the invitation with a different device.
