Non arriva la mail di partecipazione

Salve, 

ho da poco attivato un account premium for family e nonostante gli infiniti tentantivi una delle mail di invito alla partecipazione all'account non arriva, per gli altri, invece nessun problema.

Sapreste darmi una soluzione?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English instead.

 

If your family member didn’t receive an email with the link, be sure to ask them to check their junk/spam folders. 

 

On another note, you can ask them to log in their account page here to double check that the email registered on their account is correct. Once they've confirmed that, you can try sending a new invite:

  1. Go to your Premium for Family account page and select the member you want to re-invite.
  2. Click CANCEL INVITE.
  3. Re-invite the member by clicking SEND INVITE, and re-entering their correct details.

If that doesn't help, let us know and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot this further.
