Not able to open multiple accounts in premium-family when responding to "Invitation mail"

Hi everybody,

I have premium family and send invitations to family members. They received the "Spotify family invitation mail". When they click on: "Use this site to register" they either:

enter in my administrator account where they can not open-up their own account

or:

when they try to register directly and put in their e-mail adress (that I as administrator used to send the invitation mail to) the response is: "e-mail adress already in use" and they can't continue.

So, I am completely stuck. I asked spotify but there is no phone help-desk. So I send an e-mail but the suggestions in the response were not helpful !!!

Does anybody know how to solve this?

I would be very gratefull.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
