Solved!! I can’t join our family subscription - can only change once per 12 months

I can’t join our family subscription and when I try it tells me that I can’t change twice in 12th months even though I haven’t changed my subscription for over 18 months plus does anyone know how I can get help with this problem?

Solved!! Leaving Premium for Family - playlists retained by username?

I'm leaving my family Spotify Premium account. If I ask our admin to remove me, do I still keep my username, playlists etc etc? I understand the account will be downgraded to the 'free' one, but I will be upgrading to Premium again at some point.
