Hi!

My dad upgraded to family premium and I've done everything that the instructions said, but I can't access the account. I've made my own free- account, but it isn't working with my dads account. Could you please help me with this issue?

Hmm, that's odd. Just to confirm, your dad has sent an invite for Spotify Family to you and you've received an e-mail with an invite code? Let me know! 🙂

is fine. But to me, my account looks just like a regular free- account.

Hmm, alright. Could you make sure you're logged in to the right account? It sounds like you might have multiple accounts. Could you check that with these steps? Let me know how you get on.

I have the same problem.... 

I have the same problem. My mum created the Premium for family. My dad joined, but I cant. I wrote the same information as my mum used. Whats the problem i dont understand.

We have the same problem with my sister. I do it family premium and my sister in law is ok, my dad is ok but my sister not. Where is problem? Is it problem that she cannot read e-mail week ago and now she has free account?
After sending invitation e-mail, write adress and send it it returns with:
3 - A jéje, došlo k nějakému problému, zkus to prosím později.
3 - Ups, there is some problem, try again later.

I have the same problem. I was already using Premium before, than I accidentaly de - install the app from my phone (not my computer, which unlogged too) and now I cant log in to my premium again...it sais error 3 as well. I really dont know whats the problem.....?? Please help me, im still paying for Premium but i dont have it anymore 😕

We face the same problem - i just order premium family, invited my wife and despite using this link in the mail received, she can´t join the family premium account . No link,no token and she remain in the spotify free world.

 

Thats a bad situation as I intended to share this acount with my kids today - as a  gift! I would appreciate any help on short notice.
