Not showing me as the admin

Not showing me as the admin

Hi all,

 

I set up for Spotify for family but when I sent the invitation to one of my family members it said he was already part of a family subscription, which he is not, and when we log onto his account it shows as a free trial account.

 

When I go onto my page to send him another invite I log in, select 'premium for family' on the left hand side..but it displays 'refer to the premium for family owner to manage your subscription'. I am the owner of the subscription so why does it say this and why can't I add people to my account??

 

Myself and my dad both had active accounts before this but we rarely used them as they were on the free version.

 

Any ideas on this??
