Bonjour,

j'ai essayé de vous écrire par le lien classique mais je tombe sur un ROBOT qui répond toujours la même chose automatiquement !!!

Mon compte personnel a été désactivé soit disant pour copies externes à Spotify.

Je vous rappelle au passage que j'ai un compte FAMILLE + 1 compte SPOTIFY FREE + 1 compte SIDIFY avec une LICENSE A VIE !!!

Que me reprochez vous exactement et pourquoi PERSONNE NE REPOND ???????

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the official language of the forum.

 

If your account has been deactivated by the system due to any type of fraudulent activity, you should've received an email explaining what has happened and what steps you can take afterwards to re-activate your account, if possible. Unfortunately, from our end here in the Community we don't have access to your account info, so we can't say for sure what else can be done so that you can restore your account.

 

Regarding Sidify - we do not recommend using this service, as it goes against the Spotify Terms of service to create virtual copies of music on Spotify, as the music on our platform is Copyright Protected and can be listened to only through the Spotify app. 

 

Note: Please do not post personal information like telephone numbers or personal email addresses on public forums. This poses a great risk to your information security.
