Pongo todos los datos correctos de mi tarjeta y no funciona spotify premium

Cuando me pide todos los datos para poder comenzar a usar el plan familiar los pongo correctos y me dice que lo intente de nuevo y cuando lo hago me dice lo mismo. pero con esa tarjeta ya he hecho varias compras online
