This is getting frustrating! I have been trying to add my nan to our family plan and it has not been working. i have sent and "accepted" the email but when i go in to her account it still comes up as a free account. i live in the country and free account are useless. Please help!

Let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure your nan doesn't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this issue. You can also check if the account is linked to your Family plan by logging in here.

 

If the account is still not showing there, try sending a new invite using a different browser or an incognito window.
