Premium family not upgrading

Premium family not upgrading

I have upgraded to Premium family through an external provider but this upgrade has not been carried through on my account. How can I solve this? The xternal provider says that they have sent the request to Spotify and that it is Spotify that needs to updrage the plan. Thank you for your help! /Lisa

Hey @LisaWesterlund,

 

As far as I know, Premium for Family is currently only available directly via https://spotify.com/family.

 

What's the name of the 'external provider'?

It is a swedish phone operator, Telia.

I'd recommend reaching out to Telia so they can take another look at this issue 🙂
