Premium for Familiy.

I have Premium for Family, everything was fine, I only had my brother on it, we live at the same adress and have lived here for almost 10 years, than all of a sudden a couple weeks ago Spotify dropped him from my premium for no reason at all, I've only had premium family for a few months, everytime I send him an invite Spotify denies him and asks him for proof of adress and all that, he types in our exact adress and they still screw him over, now I'm basically paying $15 a month for nothing, I can't add any of my family members, what the **bleep** Spotify???? Any solutions that can help are appreciated.
