Premium for Family

Premium for Family

My account was tied to the Premium for Family account hosted by my wife, and then got mysteriously dropped to Free. My wife's account was fully paid every month, and never stopped being Premium, so I figured, "Hey, no big deal - I'll just rejoin."

The original link to join the PFF account was expired, so we cancelled my invitation from her account, then resent it. When I followed that link, Spotify informed that that I couldn't join her Family account because I was already a member of another Family account. My account was showing as Free and not as a member of any account, so I don't know why there was a hangup.

 

I abandoned the attempt for a few weeks since I was able to use her account at home, but now when I want to listen to music at work I'm stuck with Free. The old invitation won't even tell me I'm already a member of a Family account - it's expired. So we cancelled the invitation and resent it again, but now I'm not even getting the invitation in my inbox.

I've checked the Spam and Trash folders - there's simply nothing from Spotify. Can  anybody help me out?

let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure you don't have other accounts that could be causing this issue.

 

If you're sure you're logging in the correct account, but you're unable to join the plan, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
