Premium for family invitation not working

Hi,

Just subscribed to preimum for family option and sent an invitation to my wife. When she clicks on the "activate account" link and subsequently fills out all the relevant fields, it says "something went wrong". She noticed that the invitation email has the correct invitee username (my username) but in the confirmation page, the username of invitee is different.

Your help to correct the situation would be much appreciated.

Same thing is happening to me, my roomates can't join because when they accept the invitation they have to fill out personal details, but when they submit the form there's an error "Oops something went wrong"  with no details about what went wrong.

My account is linked to my facebook profile and i don't have anywhere to fill my details (in case they need to make sure we live in the same apartment)
