Premium for family via KPN

Premium for family via KPN

Hallo, ik heb sinds 3 maanden een abonnement Premium for family bij KPN.

Die mogelijkheid is sinds kort mogelijk.

Ik kan echter nog steeds geen family account aanmaken bij Spotify. Er verschijnt steeds de melding "u kunt geen gebruik maken van deze optie omdat u een abonnement heeft via onze partner kpn.

Heel frustrerend en betaal er al 3 maanden voor.

Is er een oplossing?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

  

If you are currently subscribed on a KPN Home subscription, you should be able to avail a Premium for Family subscription with no issues. To avail of that offer, you'll need to order via MyKPNin store or by calling 0800-0402 (free).

 

However, if you're currently on a regular Spotify Premium subscription outside KPN, you must first cancel the subscription at Spotify. Once your Spotify account has reverted to Free, you can request Spotify Family via KPN and you will receive the code by e-mail or SMS.
