Premium for family

We got logged out and it said "we couldn't verify your account" even though we've paid for premium Spotify changed our accounts to Spotify free. How do we get premium back?

It didn't work either, thanks anyway. I still don't know how to get it back:/

Shoot, ok. Can you please collect the following info about your player and then we'll direct you to the Contact Form so you can speak with someone at Spotify directly:

 

 

  • Spotify app version
  • Account type (Free/Premium)
  • Device and operating system (e.g. MacBook Air, 10.10 OSX)
  • Any screenshots that help explain the issue
