Can' t suscribe to family pack

Hey there, I get a link to suscribe to a family account, and i put the wrong address in the first try, so it got rejected. Now I`m trying again with the right data and it get rejected as well.. How can it be?? Thanks

How can I see my current Address for my Premium family??
