Premium for family

Premium for family

I am a part of a family subscribtion since last month, but this month suddenly my acc got deleted from the subscribtion so the owner had to re-invite me. but when i have written the right info, it is said that i couldn't get into the subscribtion. every single info i've written is right, but i still can't get into the package. what should i do?

It looks like you were removed from the Premium for Family plan because they weren't able to verify your account based on the information you provided.

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address as mentioned in our T&Cs: https://www.spotify.com/legal/family-plan/. If you feel you've been wrongly removed from the Premium for Family plan because all family members reside at the same physical address, let us know!
