Problem with Spotify family

Problem with Spotify family

Hello,

My brother in law has tried several times to add me to his spotify family group. I already have an existing account however I am not receiving any email or notification to join. I am registered at the same home address. I have checked spam and all my email folders but nothing is coming through, all the other members of the group have received the email invitation. Please let me know how I can go forward.

Double check that be bought the family account .

It can be in the family account, all other members have received the emails apart from me without any issue. I already have a premium acount that is paid for. Could this be the issue?

You might have a problem with your Spotify account. Try logging out and
relogging into your Spotify account.

Yep, I think that is the case as I have logged out of all of my devices and have got the email to be resent and it still doesn't arrive.

who should I contact to get this resolved?

Btw I asked my brother in law to send it to a non related linked email address and I could get the invitation. However I want to be able to use my Spotify current account 

Hi, here is the solution to your problem: First please have the owner try re-inviting you. Just have them go to their Premium for Family account page, and select the member to re-invite. Then, click REPLACE, enter the member details and click SEND INVITE.

Please have them open the account page on an incognito window and send an invite from there. Once it's sent, please check for the invite on an incognito browser, as well.

Here’s how:
Open your web browser.
Open a private session.
Most browsers will open a private session if you press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac). If that doesn’t work, you should find the option to open a new private/incognito window in your browser’s menu bar.
Open the web page in this private window.
This should get us to a resolution. Otherwise, let us know if you're still having issues. We're always here to help 🙂

Hello, we have tried all of the steps and it is still not sending the email. I think we need further assistance. Perhaps it is because we already have a premium subscription on the account?
