Problem with accepting Premium Family Plan

Hi Spotify! I am subscribed to your family plan. I have previously invited my kids to the plan and they were enjoying the subscriptions. However, sometime in June, they told me that they are not on premiun although I am still being charged. I tried inviting them again but there is a message about address verification. How can we solve this problem? My kids are aged 12 to 16 and all three are living with me. Please help as we have this problem for more than a month now with no response from the email I sent to your support. Thanks!

the same situation happened to me and my son. Spotify support please solve the problem ASAP, since we have been charged for Family Plan.

Having same issue with my wife and son. Invited them but they can't accept and I'm being charged for the premium subscription. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same problem. I accepted my sister's invitation after one month I received an email saying my premium membership was over. I tried again but it gave an error.
