Problemas con Plan Familiar Premium

Tengo un problema con mi pago, cuento con un plan familiar premium y en el último pago sólo se me realizo el cobro de 100 pesos, aún me permite utilizar el modo premium pero solo en 4 de las 6 cuentas en el plan, la tarjeta cuenta con fondos suficientes

A dos de mis familiares los han sacado de la cuenta del plan familiar, les volví a mandar la invitación sin embargo les niega poder volver a incorporarse al plan, los datos de la dirección estan correctos

It sounds like you're having troubles adding two family members' accounts to your plan. No worries, we'd suggest first trying to send them a new invite.

To do that, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to your Premium for Family account page and select the member you want to re-invite.
2. Click RESEND INVITE.
3. If that doesn’t work, click CANCEL INVITE and re-invite the member by clicking SEND INVITE, and re-entering their details.

Then, you can ask these family members to follow the steps below:

1. You'll receive an email with a link to join. Open and click ACCEPT INVITATION. You're redirected to your account page, where you'll see a confirmation screen.
   Note: If you're not already logged in or don't have an account yet, you'll be asked to log in or sign up before seeing the confirmation.
2. Enter your details and click SUBMIT to join the Premium for Family plan.

Make sure that if they're accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, you have logged out of your account page first. They can also follow the steps in an incognito or private window in your browser as well, if issues arrise.
