I invite my wife to Premium Family Plan, she enters the same address that's on the account and she receives the message "It looks like you're trying to join Premium Family from a different country."  We is at the address entered when she tries to join and she isn't using a VPN.

In this case, it doesn't matter which address she enters (as it would always fail), since it's actually about the account's country setting that doesn't seem to match. 🙂

 

You should ask her to check her account's country setting and you should check yours too, since it must match. This can be done here.
