Hello,
I have the same problem even if I have the credit card from the same country.
I explain. Il live in Belgium, and my credit card is also from Belgium. My daughter and my wife can not join my family account and have the message : "You need to live at the same address."
Why ?
I paid the the family account 2 months for nothing...

Did you happen to update your payment details recently? If so, note that the changes will take effect on your next billing date and your account's country should update then.

 

Make sure also that your family enters the exact same address as the one you've entered on your Family page and that their country is also set to Belgium.
