Removed from Spotify family

Removed from Spotify family

Some days ago i received an email asking me to confirm my address for the Spotify family plan. I did it and website said everything was ok. Today i received another email saying that my address could not be confirmed, and my Spotify plan was changed to free user. How can I resolve?

THIS ALSO HAPPENED TO ME JUST NOW AND I AM SO ANGRY! I LIVE WITH MY FAMILY EVEN IF SOMEONE FROM SPOTIFY NEEDS TO DO AN INVESTIGATION AND EVEN IF THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WOULD LIVE AT MY HOME FOR TEN **bleep**N YEARS, THEY CAN DO SO BECAUSE WE.LIVE.TOGETHER!!! SPOTIFY HAS NO JUSTIFICATION TO REMOVE ME FROM THE PREMIUM!!!
