Replacements for members of the family plan

Hi, i have a issue with my family plan on spotify, thing is i have some cabins in a big land here on Santiago de Chile and 2 of the spotify members ended their rental contracts by the end of 2017 so now i have new tenants and i need to replace them with the old memebers of the spotify plan. 

when they fill the form with the adress and else they get a mge asking them if they live toghether with the previous tenant and then they get a fail sign from the page.

Need FIX ASAP
