Dear Spotify,

I'm a fan of the way you allow me to listen to all the music in the world.

however when asking for your help through this forum, I prefer advice and answers

instead of receiving badges.

these badges are not fixing the upgrade to the premium family for my Son for which I'm paying.

I'm looking forward to receive a solution which finally allows me to install the family upgrade which I offered to my Son as a birthday present.

Can you try sending the invite from an incognito window, on a desktop PC? Also, we recommend your son to check the spam and junk folders in his email address since the invite might be there.

If this doesn't help, feel free to contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at the accounts.

We receive the invitation, but when clicking on the link it takes to his account without upgrading it
I'll try the suggestion to send the invitation from a pc

Dear sir,madam,

I've tried the advice to send a new invitation to my son's mail from a pc, not iPad.
Unfortunately as in previous invitations, the links leads to my son's account but there is no upgrade to familiy premium.

In the mean tome I'm paying for a family account which does not work
Please advice

This is what is missing after accepting the invitation.

If you already have a Free or Spotify.com-created Premium account: the “Redeem

token” web page will open in your browser with a long redeem token number pre-filled in Token. ClickREDEEM.
