Separate Accounts - Famikly Plan - Forced logout

I have a family plan. My wife and I have separate accounts and have verified that her profile is logged in at home and mine on my device away. Spotify will not allow us to listen to our own accounts at the same time. There seems to be a glitch somewhere.

Are you still having trouble?

 

I know you said you made sure you both were logged into the correct separate accounts, but it sounds like you are both signed into the same account. Each account can only playback on one device at a time otherwise it will interrupt the playback on the other device.
