My Question or Issue

I cannot find my home address to set up fpr my family premium account. in our province not all places are pinned in the google map.  How can i nuse my famioly premium?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

I'd recommend entering the address as a Google plus code to see if that does the trick. If it doesn't, you can instead enter the nearest address that can be located. For example, if you can't find the apartment number, you can just select the building, or a close landmark, public space or building.

Hi, I am a plan owner for a premium subscription.
How do I update the postal code on my account?

I notice that this feed mentions about using Google Maps to provide address information. My street has two post codes, one for each side of the road. My side is not recognised when family members on my plan are trying to verify their accounts.

Please can you let me know how to best resolve this and verify my family member accounts that live at the same address.

My Question or Issue

using  Firefox and other browsers I am trying to set up a Spotify Premium family plan.

Unfortunately I am failing as I cannot get past the address verification stage.

Spotify does not recognise my home address, my neighbours address and most towns and villages in west Wales.

Any thoughts anybody?
