Spotify Premium telling me my son needs to live at the same address as me;

Spotify Premium telling me my son needs to live at the same address as me;

My address is correct on my Spotify Account; I try to add my son as a 3rd person on my Spotify Account but it says we need to live in the same address.
I have update the Country details to Ireland; i don't appear to be able to see/edit my actual address

We have exactly the same issue - and he is entering the same address. Help please! 

I wish I could help you but we are having the same issue too!  Even though the addess my daughters are entering is EXACTLY the same as our registered address in the family plan.  We have had this issue for months and it is very frustrating there is no one at Spotify to help you with your account problems directly!

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

This error may occur even when entering the same address, because the country settings of both manager and member-to-be account should match. Let us know if after checking the country settings and making sure they are the same for both accounts the issue still persists.
