Öğrenci premiumu alırken hesap bilgilerimi girdim ve ücreti sanal olaraj 6.99tl olarak ödedim. Sonrasında öğrenci olduğuma dair belge eklememi istiyordu uygulama ancak belgeleri sisteme yüklemeden çıkış yaptim.  Işlemleri tamamlamamama rağmen hesabımdan para çekildi ve premium üyeligim başlamadı. Paranın hesabıma iade edilmesini istiyorum.

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
