Spotify can't find my address. What to do?

Spotify can't find my address. What to do?

There are no nearby landmarks or the like. All of the addresses are for other establishments, homes, or otherwise. This is for a Family Plan. Family on the plan both have older accounts that have successfully registered their address, made their accounts some time ago.

Adding on to this - Spotify make changes to their vendor and is affecting user validation of address. 

This is especially sad as they are locking people out of their family plan because the address is not in the new map system - honestly very bad user experience and I expected so much more from yhem

Hey folks!

 

Has the plan manager entered their street/building number in their address? If so, ask them to update it on their account page by removing those from the address and sending you a new invite to see if that does the trick.

 

Something else you can try is entering the address as a Google Plus code. More info on how this works can be found here.

Hi, my name is Valter. I'm the plan manager and haven't changed anything on my account. However, even after entering the address as a Google Plus code following Vasil's instructions above, we still can't confirm the address so my son can keep accessing the account as a family member. We have tried to provide my address in several ways, including copying it exactly as it is in my registration, but the system always rejects it. I don't want to remove or add anything from my address as he also suggested because I have other family members who would be affected by the change. Please help us solve this problem before August 14th, which is the deadline given by Spotify.
