Spotify family member - Change email on

One of the members got a new email -since the old email does no longer work. How can we change the email attached this member account. We no longer have access to the previous email so it is not possible to verify her password through that email.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community.

If the family member still has access to their account, they can follow these steps to change the email:

1. Log in to the account page.
2. Click EDIT PROFILE.
3. Under Email, enter the new email address.
4. Confirm the password.
5. Click SAVE PROFILE.

If they've lost access to the account, they can reach out to Customer Support here to get help to regain access.
