Spotify family

Hi, 

I've been invited to join "spotify family". When i click on "accept the invitation", i'm redirected to spotify but the pre-filled form doesn't show up, and the spotify page remains white. 

What can i do?

Hey @gravrandt,

you should try to use an incognito tab, clear your cookies, use another browser or device or use another internet connection(e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi)
