Switching family profiles without being prompted to??

I am on a family plan with multiple profiles. However, each day my mobile app keeps loading another family member's profile. I logout and back in again, and my profiles will load correctly. However, the next day the same issue will happen again where the profile switches without being prompted to

Thanks for the reply. This is some very strange behaviour. It seems that despite all the reinstalls you said you've done, the incorrect accounts are still somehow cached on the devices. As a last resort, a factory reset definitely should resolve this, but it would be preferable to avoid resorting to that.

Have you ever managed to observe the moment that the account "switch" happens? When connecting to certain devices, when the other person logs out and then back in, etc.? If so, could you make some screen recordings of that exact moment and send it to us so we can look into this further. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

My Question or Issue

Issue is, just in the last couple of days, if I go to spotify on my iphone, it is randomly showing I am logged into one of the other accounts under our family subscription.

I certainly haven't logged out of my spotify account, and logged in again under another family member account, so how is this happening ??
