Switching from Spotify Premium to Premium Family P...

Hi,

I am currently on Spotify premium as part of my plan with my network provider but I would to switch to Spotify premium family pack. What's the best way to do this? Will my network provider(Spark) be doing the same for me? I checked on Spotify website and it says cancel current subscription and resign online on Spotify for the family pack.

Has anyone faced the same issue?

Hey @gdeora16,

Before you can upgrade to Premium for Family, you need to cancel your current subscription through Spark.
