Telling me I'm in the wrong country when joining family plan

My husband is trying to join my family plan, it is telling him he is in the wrong country. But we are using the same address

Even if he's entering the correct address, the country setting on his account might not match with yours. 🙂 You can both check your country setting at https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

I'm trying to join a family account through an invite but when i give the adress, it then says that it appears that i live in another country (although i'm sure i put the same adress in same country). I used to live in another country but now i'm back to the same adress as the other members. Could it be because of my phone number or bank account i'm paying spotify with? How can i still join this subscription?

the same thing is happening to me, I live in the same address and country as the account administrator but I was traveling for over a month and now that im back I can't join the Family plan 😥 we need help please!
