The person I invated to my familiar plan can't access

My boyfriend had to restart his phone, só he had to reinstall Spotify. I tried to invate him again to my familiar account but it appears an error to him.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

To join your Family plan your boyfriend need to accept the invitation that he'll receive in his e-mail. He'll be redirected to his account page, where he'll see a confirmation screen. Make sure he's entering his details correctly.
 

We usually recommend opening the link in an incognito or private window in his browser as it doesn't keep that info saved.

On another note, if he's accepting your invite from the same device you've sent them the invitation, make sure to log out of your Spotify account first. 
 

If he still get an error message, it'd be great if you can send us a screenshot of it. This way we can investigate this further. 

Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
