Trouble in joing Family Premium

Trouble in joing Family Premium

I've got Family Premium spotify then sent invitations to my sisters and mother, but everytime one of my sisters tries to confirm her identity it goes wrong. 

I wanna know how can I fix this, I think it's the error number 3 that doesn't allow her to enjoy us. Thanks.
