US bank debit card says "it is not a spotify country"

As I try to change my country from Spain to the US since I am living here now, I tried changing my card information but it says my debit card from US bank is from a "non-Spotify country". Does anyone know what I can do?

If you are on premium, there is no urgence in changing this, since you have unlimited abroad days with the premium version. However I would reccomend to change it ande here's how:

1. Pop over to this page
2. Follow the instructions
3. Enjoy your music! 🙂

I know it works everywhere with premium but I still can’t get my debit card through. It still appears the same message

Ok @giuliettaneri, that's odd.
Usually these kind of things happen, because of your web browsers cache. So try doing the following things:
Try changing your credit card information in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try changing the credit card information on another device, that should do the trick!

Hey @albasalinas,

Could you try checking with your bank, if the card is open for online purchases.

May I ask you what debit card you're using, since it may not be supported by Spotify. Here's how to see what payment methods are available for you.
