Unable add familymembers on premium

What's wrong in my account, because I'm unable to add my son in my premium package. There are only me and my wife at the moment and I have space for one on account. When I click the button on lefthand side for adding new familymember (or making invitation) only blank window appears. So there is no text at all in the opening page. I have tried many times...! Getting really angry...aarghhh

Have the same problem. Empty page and no opportunity to add my familymembers . I payd for the family account since 2 weeks.   Whatsup???
