Unsubscribe on a family premium plan?

Unsubscribe on a family premium plan?

Hi, I wanted to add my cousin's account on my family premium subscription however she is currently added under another family premium subscription wherein the owner of that subscription is her dorm mate. We tried to cancel out her current premium however Spotify is stating that she needs to get in touch w/ the current family premium subscription owner wherein she is currently joined in so that her premium can be cancelled. Problem right now is that she cannot get in touch w/ that person anymore due to personal reasons and that she also does not want to create a new account as she is currently using spotify for more than 2yrs already. So with that, is there a way that we can cancel her current spotify premium subscription w/o the need to reach out the current family premium subscription owner that she have?
