When can i join another premium family plan?

Solved!

When can i join another premium family plan?

My family plan manager started the plan since 2022.1.1, and I joined family plan in 2022.1.16. Now the plan manager is going to cancel the plan, and i want to switch to another family. But i heard that it should be at least 1 year before i can switch to another family plan. So now i'm confused that whether it's 2023.1.1 or 2023.1.16 can i join another premium family plan? Thanks!

Hey @PepperLee ,

Thanks for reaching out.

The 12-months-policy works like this:

  1. You join a Premium Family plan
  2. You leave the plan you joined
  3. You join a different Premium Family plan (this is where the restriction is now applied)
  4. You'll now have to wait 12 months until you'll be able to join a different plan again

Hope this clears things up 🙂

So in my case, does this mean that I am able to switch to a different premium family plan now?

Since you've only been part of one plan so far, yes. 🙂
