Why isn't my family plan working?

Why isn't my family plan working?

I upgraded from regular Spotify to premium family cause my kids wanted there own accounts to listen to music without inturupting each other or me and you claimed we all can listen to music without inturupting each other with the family account. Yet since I have upgrade that has not happened. Either one of us will be listening to music and then another one decides to listen to music they take it from whoever is listening to it. You making me pay $5 more a month for the premium family but instead I basically have a regular account.

Hey @Jason84,

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.

You can learn how to invite family members to your Premium for Family plan here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/premium-for-family/

We all do. I made a new email accounts for both of them and then proceeded to follow the instructions to set up new accounts for them after I invited them. I made the mistake the 1st time I invited them by logging them in to mine. Then redid it all and it worked for the 1st week and now it's back to how it was when they were sharing my acount.

Thanks for letting me know.

In that case, can you please send over a video showing each step you're taking? That way, I can try to re-create the issue.
