Hello All,
I have been using Spotify Premium Family Plan. After about one month of usage all of us from the family got disconnected from Premium. So the account owner resent invitations. Everyone could connect again with the new invitation, however, I get message after entering address details:
You're unable to join this Family plan.
I have been resent invitation few times now but still the same. Any suggestion what could be wrong? There are 3 members on our Family plan and we all entering the same address.
