Your addresses didn’t match

Your addresses didn’t match

Getting sick of this. Now have to rewrite this, Spotify severely restricts number of characters used. Tried to add brother as member. Keeps stating 'Your addresses didn’t match' which is rubbish. Put in exact address and while physically at the address. Brother created new Spotify account with new Gmail address (not using actual Gmail account to log in though as before). Still the same thing. I have only been able to add one member so far who ironically was in a different city at the time! Spotify needs to look into this personally and correct any issues. How do I contact them. It's not fair, we're not doing anything wrong. Thank you.

Sorted, but totally stupid.

 

I literally had to make sure the address was EXACTLY right word for word AND comma for comma 🙄

That's great news and yeah it's true that this is a bit demanding, but the address input really needs to be matching - character for character as this is an automated process executed by machines and they do not ignore even minor discrepancies 🙂
