can't connect to family premium plan

can't connect to family premium plan

I don't know how many times I need to go thru from family premium account to free account because of can't detect that I'm living with the person whom is my sister that paid for the subscription, even tho I wrote the exact same address and postcode. I've been thru this more than 3 times and I even deleted my account and create a new one just to connect to the subscription. I'm the only one in this plan is facing this problem and I had enough I even contacted Spotify to fix this but all they call me to do is to come here and talk about my problem. So if anyone of you can help me I can't thank you ☺️
