What error message are you seeing? 🙂 You can only switch plans once every 12 months.

i have a similar problem. The offer of 'free premium' only applies if you have not had Spotify before. I have had it before but now want to re activate Spotify Premium with a Family Plan, however the App gets stuck in a loop as it will only give the 'Free Premium' offer to people who have not subscribed before and it is IMMPOSIBLE to create a premium account if you have previously had one.
