cannot add a member to family account

I can't seem to add a family member who reside at the same address as I do. My sister added the correct address but it won't let her accept invitation. I also checked my account setting, but I could not find a place to put in address. Please help. Thanks in advance!

Maybe you got something wrong while filling the address. You can change/correct the address contacting the Spotify support team by clicking the following link:
