change country

Hi, I'm living on the france/swiss border, my account is in euros in france but i live in switzerland. I took a spotify familly account and as my credit card is french it's registered in france. My girlfriend cannot join because her account is in switzerland. And she cannot change the country of her account. How can she change the country of her account to france ?

Hey @benjaminpoignon,

She's only able to change her country setting to France when she's actually in France.

Lastly, always remember that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. 🙂
